still unable to be reinstated
③ not fall under any of the conditions list-
ed in item3(3)ア～サof the Tender In-
structions
④ not have their company financial con-
dition been deemed remarkably unsound.
⑤not belong to a crime syndicate or have
relations with anyone who does.
⑥have not had suppliers' qualification
suspended, according to the company's
supplier qualification regulations, be-
tween 4:00 PM December 16,2025 and
the period of the tender
⑦not be defaulting on national or local
taxes
8 comply with other details requirements
in the tender documentation.
⑨ Not be a person who is otherwise
deemed inappropriate.
