(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:①Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance who have
obtained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the
Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Au-
diting and Accounting.③Have the Glade
"A or B in offer of services etc" in terms of
Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for
every Ministry and Agency) in the fiscal
year of2025,2026and2027. ④Suppliers
who intend to put in a bid without above
qualifications may be eligible only if they
will be entitled to the qualifications, re-
gistered on the list of qualified bidders, and
considered to have the relevant grade. ⑤
Fulfill the requirement in the tender manual
that are stated from the viewpoint of reduc-
ing CO2.
(7)Distribution of instructions: From1De-
cember 2025 (9:00~17:00) to 23 December
2025 (9:00~17:00) at Mivagi Prison Main-
tenance and Supplies Section
(8) Time-limit for tender: 17:0029 Janu-
ary 2026
(9)Date and time of opening and location a
bid : 13:30,30 January 2026 at Miyagi Pris-
on conference room.
(10)Invalid bid: A bid that violates the condi-
tions of bidding and bidding made by a per-
son who does not have competitive partici-
pation qualification as shown in this adver-
tisement shall be invalid.
