(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金納付を免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、仕様書に記載された確
認書等を指定期日までに提出しなければなら
ない。また、開札日の前日までの期間におい
て、支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し
説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなけれ
ばならない。
(4)入札の無効この公告に示した競争参加資
格のない者がした入札及び入札に関する条件
に違反した入札は、無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づき作成された予定価格の制
限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った者を落札者とする。

6 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the

(2)Classification of the products to be pro-

(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased : Electricity to be used in Ha-
kodate Juvenile Prison. The estimated elec-
tricity for the year 1,373,415kWh
(4) Delivery period: As in the tender do-
cumentation
(5) Delivery place: As in the tender do-
cumentation
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:①Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, person under conservatorship
or person under Assistance who have ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract maybe applicable under cases of
special reason within the said clause.②Not
come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order
concerning the Budget, Auditing and Ac-
counting. ③Have Grade B and above "sale"
in terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders related to the Ministry of Jus-
tice (Single qualification for every Ministry
and agency) Hokkaido Area in the fiscal
years of 2025, 2026, 2027
