D The prime contractor must have the

care hospitals with 300 or more beds,
or at research institutes such as RI fa-
cilities or animal experimentation fa-
cilities.
E Must be enrolled in contractor liability
insurance
F Must assign personnel with the follow-
ing qualifications and experience : Gener-
al Operations Manager: Must have at
least one year of experience as a general
operations manager or operations man-
ager in building and facility maintenance
services at acute care hospitals with 300
or more beds, or at research institutes
such as RI facilities or animal ex-
perimentation facilities.
G Designated Technical Supervisor:
Must hold one of the of the following
qualifications (dual roles are permitted) :
(a) Class 2 Chief Electrical Engineer

(6)入札方法落札者の決定は、総合評価落札
方式をもって行うので、
①入札者が提出する入札書は、調達件名に
かかる直接経費の他、機材、資材、機械器
具、運搬費等、業務委託に要する一切の諸
経費を含め、契約金額を見積もるものとす
る。
②落札者決定にあたっては、入札書に記載
された金額に当該金額の10%に相当する額
を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端
数がある場合は、その端数金額を切り捨て
た金額とする。)をもって申込金額とするの
で、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係
る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるか
を問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を記載した入札書を提
出しなければならない。
③入札説明書等に記載されている総合評価
に必要な資料を提出すること。
④本競争は総価で行う。
2競争に参加する者に必要な資格に関する事項
(1)国立研究開発法人国立がん研究センター契
約事務取扱細則第6条及び7条に規定される
各事項に該当される者は、競争に参加できな
い。
(2)次の事項に該当する者は、競争に参加させ
ないことがある.
①資格審査申請書又は添付書類に虚偽の事
実を記載した者
②経営の状況又は信用度が極度に悪化して
いる者
(3)資格審査結果通知書(全省庁統一資格)に
おいて「役務の提供等」又は「物品の製造」、
「物品の販売」のうちA、B又はCの等級に
格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争資格を
有する者。
(4)購入物品等に係る迅速なアフターサービ
ス・メンテナンス等の体制が整備されている
ことを証明したものであること。但し、役務
の提供等については、この限りではない。
