取組条件の適合証明書を令和8年1月23日午

者は、支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関
し説明を求められた場合は、これに応じなけ
ればならない。

ding procedures: Suppliers eligible for par-
ticipating in the proposed bid are those who
shall: ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Auditing
and Accounting (however, minors, persons
under curatorship, or persons under assis-
tance who obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be applicable
to the status of special reasons within the
said article);②not apply to Article71 of
the above-mentioned Cabinet Order;③
have Grade A, B or C in Selling classifica-
tion in terms of the qualification for partici-
pating in bids required by the Supreme
Court (single qualification for every minis-
try and agency) in the fiscal years 2025,
2026 and 2027; and meet the qualification
for participating in bids within Shikoku re-
gion, In addition, those rated C grade for
"sales of goods" must have a track record of
supplying electricity with specifications si-
milar to or higher than those in this case;
④The time and place of application for the
qualification of③shall be in the manner of
application for single qualification for
every ministry and agency;5have a li-
cense to be a General Electricity Utility in
accordance with Article 2, paragraph2 of
the retail Electricity company;⑥meet the
