2庁で使用する電気の需給契約と同等以上の

売電気事業の登録を受けていること。
(7)開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対

dium-sized enterprise or small business op-

The person must be able to prove a track
record equivalent to or better than the elec-
tricity supply and demand contract used at
the Shizuoka District Court Building, etc.
as stated in this bid announcement;⑤The

cense to be a General Electricity Utility in
