dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are

der concerning the Contract for NARO;
② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Or-
der concerning the Contract for NARO:
③ Have Grade A, B, C and D on "manu-
facturing of products" or "selling of prod-
ucts" in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders by NARO (Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027;
④Not being suspended from transactions
by the request of the officials in charge of
contract:
⑤Be an electricity Retailer registered
under the Article 2—2 of the Electricity
Business Act
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in
the tender manual that are stated from
the viewpoint of reducing CO2 :
