(2)購入等件名及び数量成層圏から既存飛翔
体を用いた洋上ドロップゾンデ投下観測業務

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当す
る額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の
端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨て
るものとする。)をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であ
るか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もっ
た契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入
札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)防災科学技術研究所契約事務規程第4条第
1項の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、
未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、
契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者
は、同条中、特別な理由がある場合に該当す
る。
(2)防災科学技術研究所契約事務規程第4条第
2項の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)にお
いて令和7・8・9年度に「役務の提供」の
A、B、C又はDの等級に格付けされている
者であること。
(4)警察当局から、暴力団員が実質的に経営を
支配する業者又はこれに準ずるものとして、
建設工事及び測量等、物品の販売及び役務の
提供等の調達契約からの排除要請があり、当
該状態が継続している者でないこと。
(5)契約担当役等から取引停止の措置を受けて
いる期間中の者でないこと。
(6)その他、入札説明書に定める競争参加資格
を有すること。
