に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の

2競争参加資格
(1)国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の契約事務
取扱細則第3条及び第4条の規定に該当しな
い者であること。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は
国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の競争参加資
格のいずれかにおいて令和8年度に東海・北
陸地域の「役務の提供等」のA、B又はC等
級に格付けされている者であること。なお、
当該競争参加資格については、令和7年3月
31日付け号外政府調達第57号の官報の競争参
加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請
受付窓口において随時受け付けており、東海
国立大学機構の競争参加資格については、東
海国立大学機構財務部財務課にて随時受け付
けている。
(3)国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の契約事務
取扱細則第5条の規定に基づき、機構長が定
める資格を有する者であること。
(4)機構長から取引停止の措置を受けている期

に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。

あって、国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の契
約事務取扱細則第10条の規定に基づいて作成
された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格を
もって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者と
する。
