(3)入札者に要求される事項入札者は、開札
日の前日までの間において、契約責任者から
申請書等に関し説明を求められた場合は、そ
れに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の行った入札、申請書等に虚偽の記
載をした者の行った入札及び入札に関する条
件に違反した者の行った入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法契約制限価格の設定は
しないが、最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った入札者と入札価格の妥当性や履行の可
否を確認するための協議を行い落札者を決定
する。
