(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に総合
評価のための書類及び入札説明書に示す提出
書類を添付し、入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の前
日までの間において、本機構から当該書類に
関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じな
ければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると理事長が判断した入札者であっ
て、本機構契約事務取扱細則第12条の規定に
基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内
で、入札説明書で指定する性能、機能、技術
等(以下「性能等」という。)のうち、必須と
した項目の最低限の要求要件をすべて満たし
ている性能等を提案した入札者の中から、入
札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落
札者を定める。

5 Summary
