するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。

ない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人で
あって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得て
いる者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に
