(9)落札決定通知及び契約締結日等
1)本契約予定案件は、開札の日に落札予定
者を決定し、令和8年度の予算成立及び令
和8年4月1日(予算成立日が4月2日以
降の場合は予算成立日)の到来を停止条件
として手続きを保留する旨を電子調達シス
テム等により通知する。また、落札決定は
停止条件の成就をもって電子調達システム
等により通知し、条件が成就する日が閉庁
日の場合には、当該閉庁日後の最初の開庁
日に通知する。
2)本契約に係る契約締結日及び履行期間の
始期は、令和8年4月1日を予定している
が、予算成立日が4月2日以降の場合は予
算成立日を契約締結日及び履行期間の始期
とする。なお、予算成立日が4月2日以降
の場合に、やむを得ず継続履行が必要なも
の、法令に基づくもの、緊急避難措置に限
り落札予定者に履行させる見込みである。
また、暫定予算となった場合は、本契約に
係る予算が全額計上されている場合には全
額の契約とするが、全額計上されていない
場合には、全体の契約期間に対する暫定予
算の期間分のみの契約とする。
3)成立する予算の状況により、本件の入札
契約手続きを延期又は中止する場合があ
る。

participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
(a) not come under Article 70 and 71 of the
Cabinet Order concerning the Budget,
Auditing and Accounting
(b) have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufac-
ture of product" or "sale of product" in
Shikoku Area in terms of qualification
for participating in tenders by Ministry
of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and
Tourism (Single qualification for every
ministry and agency) for the purpose of
procurement in the fiscal year of 2025,
2026 and 2027
(c) not be under suspension of nomination
by Director-General of Shikoku Regional
Development Bureau from Time-limit for
the tender to Bid Opening
