Regulation I/6
Administration of certification arrangements

1 Each Party undertakes to establish and maintain a means of ensuring that
programmes incorporating such instruction and practical training as is necessary to achieve
the competency standards are regularly monitored to ensure their effectiveness.
2 Each Party undertakes, to the extent practicable, to maintain a register or registers of all
certificates and endorsements specified in requlations l/3 and II/1 to 1/6 which are issued, have
expired, or have been revalidated, reported lost, suspended or cancelled, and of dispensations
issued, and provide information on the status of such certificates, endorsements and dispensations
when so requested by another Party.
