Communication of information

The Secretary-General shall, on request, provide Parties with any information

communicated under article 4

2 A Party which fails to communicate information required by article 4 within 24 months

after the date of entry into force of the Convention for a Party shall not be entitled to claim the

privileges of this Convention until such time as the information has been received by the

Secretary-General
