(4) Delivery period: as in the tender do-
cumentation
(5)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the open tender are those
who shall:
① not come under Article 11 of the Cen-
tral Nippon Expressway Company Limit-
ed regulation concerning the contract
procedures
② have been qualified through the exami-
nation of the documents submitted.
Submit following documents till 4: 00 pm
7January 2026.
• Copy of the commercial register
• The latest financial statements
• Copy of certificate of tax payment
• Document describing the company ca-
reer
③ have registered as an electricity retail-
er in accordance with Article 2-1-3 and
Article 2—2 of the Electricity Utilities In-
dustry Law.
④ have sales results of supplying electric-
ity as an electricity retail to power re-
ceiving stations with high voltage or
higher in the past
⑤not have capital relationship and per-
sonnel relationship with other bidders.
(6) have not received suspension of re-
gistered contractor status or trader after
the acceptance of application form for
this tender.
(6) Time-limit for tender:4:00 pm7 Janu-
ary 2026(Tenders submitted by registered
mail : 4: 00 pm 7 January 2026)
