(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に1の
(2)に示した購入等件名を履行できることを証
明する書類を添付して入札書の受領期限まで
に提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札
日の前日までの間において、経理責任者から
当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、そ
れに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法契約細則第21条の規定
に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入
札者を落札者とする。ただし、落札者となる
べき者の入札価格によっては、その者により
該当契約の内容に適合した履行がなされない
おそれがあると認められるとき、又はその者
と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を
乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当
であると認められるときは、予定価格の制限
の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のう
ち最低の価格をもって入札した者を落札者と
することがある。

required: Lease and cleaning outsourcing
service of white coats, etc for Hospital 1 set

(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 5 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Hospital Organization (NHO). Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons with in the said
clause
② not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for NHO;
③ Grade A, B or Cin "Service Offer"
for participating in tenders by Ministry
of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
(cy) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region
④ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation:
