(5)落札者の決定方法
①本公告に競争参加資格として示すすべて
の要件を満たす者であって、独立行政法人
農畜産業振興機構契約事務細則(平成15年
10月1日付け15農畜機第152号-2、以下
『契約事務細則」という。)第13条の規定に
基づいて作成された予定価格の範囲内で評
価点の最も高い者を落札者とする。
②ただし、契約事務細則第13条第4項の規
定により設定した基準価格を下回る価格に
よる入札をした者がある場合には、落札者
の決定を留保する。
③落札者の決定を留保した場合において、
機構が必要な審査をし、落札者が決定した
場合は、この旨を入札者全員に通知する。

(Service of kind of "Information Pro-
cessing" and "Software Development") in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders by Single qualification for
every ministry and agency or in tenders
