Himeji Office for Motor Vehicle Inspection
and Registration
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender shall
be those who :
①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③Have grade "A", "B" or "C" of level of
interest in the "sale of product" in Kinki
district in terms of the qualification for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tou-
rism (Single qualification for every minis-
try and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025/
2026/2027
④ Have registration in accordance with
the Article 2—2 of the Electricity Busi-
ness Act.
⑤ Must be a person who meets the re-
quirement of describing to the tender
manual from the viewpoint of measures
for controlling global warming as a
tender participation qualification that ex-
pense load act charge provides based on
73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the
Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
⑥ Acquire the electronic in
case of using the Electronic Procurement
system
