(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札者に要求される事項入札参加希望者
は、入札説明書に明記されている申請書及び
資料を2025年11月26日午後4時までに提出し
なければならない。なお、提出場所について
は、3(1)と同じとする。申請書及び資料の審
査の結果、競争参加資格有りと認められた者
に限り入札への参加を認める。
(4)入札の無効2の資格を有しない者又は入
札者に求められる義務を履行しない者の提出
した入札書は無効とする。
(5)契約書の作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法契約制限価格の制限の
範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行っ
た入札者を落札者とする。
(7)手続における交渉の有無無。

(b) a paper of business career
(c) financial statements
(d) a copy of tax payment certificate
④not be stopped participating in Hanshin
Expressway Company Limited's tenders
⑤ have proven to have equivalent experi-
ence of delivery with the procurement
concerned
