(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A本学の教育、研究、業務の基盤となる情
報通信ネットワーク機能及び情報処理機能
を提供すること。
B基幹ネットワークシステム、基盤サービ
スシステム及びそれらを維持するために必
要となる運用管理システムから構成される
こと。
Cインターネットと全学の利用者や利用場
所とを円滑に結ぶ通信機能、及び不正な通
信を適切に除外する機能を提供すること。
D利用者の認証機能及び認証管理機能を有
すること。
Eシステムの運用管理を効率的に遂行する
機能を備えること。
F全システムにおいて、情報セキュリティ
が適切に保護され、かつ保護された状態が
適切に維持されること。
G本学の全学生、全教職員の利用において
必要な機能、性能を提供できること。
H本学のサービスや業務に中断や混乱が現
出しないよう考慮されていること,
障害を未然に防止するとともに、発生時
には速やかに対応できる体制が整えられ
迅速な復旧が提供されること,
Jサービスの混乱の無い移行、並びにデー
タの損失の無い移行を行うこと。
K省エネルギー、省スペース、省資源、環
境負荷軽減、低騒音の各性質が考慮されて
いること。
2資料及びコメントの提出方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給

4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

A The system is to provide the founda
tion and functions of information commu
nication network and information pro
cessing for university' s education, re-
search and administration activities.
B The system should be composed of a
campus network system, a foundational
services system, and a network service
management system.
C The network communication systems
between users, facilities of the university
and the Internet, and the network secu
rity systems that properly eliminate un
authorized access must be provided.
D The user authentication and authoriza
tion management system are required.
E A network management system for ef-
ficient system administration is required.
F The information security should be ca
refully considered and should be properly
maintained.
G The system should work efficiently for
simultaneous use by the students, the fac-
ulty and the staffs of Utsunomiya Univer
Sity.
H The continuity of the university's op-
eration should be properly considered
I The system should be supported for
preventive maintenance and prompt re-
covery must be provided against system
trouble or failure.
J The migration of the systems must be
performed without any data loss.
K The design for energy-efficiency, re-
source-efficiency, space-saving, the re-
duction for environmental load, and low
acoustic noise should be properly taken
into account
