(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、総合評価のための書類
及び本公告に示した物品を貸付けできること
を証明する書類を3(3)の書類の受領期限まで
に提出しなければならない。入札者は、入札
日の前日までの間において、総長から当該書
類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
貸付けできると総長が判断した入札者であっ
て、国立大学法人東京大学の契約事務取扱規
程第11条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価
格の制限の範囲内で、総長が入札説明書で指
定する性能、機能、技術等(以下「性能等)
という。)のうち、必須とした項目の最低限の
要求要件をすべて満たしている性能等を提案
した入札者の中から、総長が入札説明書で定
める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定め
る。
