(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する
書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の前
日までの間において、経理責任者から当該書
類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると経理責任者が判断した資料を添
付して入札書を提出した入札者であって、契
約細則第21条の規定に基づいて作成された予
定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有
効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article 5 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for National
Hospital Organization (NHO). Further-
more, minors, Person under Conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for conclud-
ing a contract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the said
clause :
②not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for NHO;
③have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of
products" for participating in tenders by
Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
(Single qualification for every ministry
and agency) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region;
④ prove that they can deliver the prod-
ucts on the date and to the place specified
by the regional officer;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accor dance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation :
