(5)契約書作成の要否要。ただし、契約締結
に当たっては、支出負担行為担当官が定めた
書式による。

あって、予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に
基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内
で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を
落札者とする。

6 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the
procuring entity : Nakagawa Hirofumi, Ob-
ligating officer, Director of the Osaka Le-
gal Affairs Bureau.
(2)Classification of the products to be pro-
cured:14
(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased : Copy machines, 1 set (including
maintenance)
(4)Delivery period: As shown in the specifi-
cation.
(5)Delivery place: As shown in the specifi-
cation.
(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall : (A)Not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Persons under Conservator-
ship or Persons under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause. (B)
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. (C)Have Grade A in "Sale of
product (office equipment)" and "Offer of
Service (Others)" in terms of the qualifica-
tion for participating in tenders laid down
by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency) in the
Kinki Area for the purpose of procurement
in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027
(7)Preliminary review: Those who partici-
pate in the tender must submit the docu-
ments listed in the tender manual by
17:00 12 December 2025 and pass the sc-
reening in advance.
(8) Time-limit for tender : from9:005 Ja-
nuary 2026 to 11:00 8 January 2026
