tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①not come under Article4and Article5
of the regulation concerning the contract
for JRTT
②have been qualified as possessing the
qualification of "provision of services" by
single qualification for every ministry
and agency 2026
and 2027 (The Grade and Area does not
matter.)
③ Prove to have ability to lease the prod-
ucts concerned by themselves and by a
third party, should the products requested
through this notice be leased by a third
party.
④ not have been suspended from designa-
tion of of of Land, Inf-
rastructure, Transport and Tourism
⑤not be the business operators that a
Gangster influences management sub-
stantially or the person who has exclu-
sion request from JRTT is continuing
state concerned.
