D prove to have the ability to deliver the
products, required by this notice, on the
date and to the place specified by the Ob-

E meet the qualification requirements
which President, Inter-University Re-
search Institute Corporation National In-
stitutes of Natural Sciences may specify
in accordance with Article 4 of the Regu-
lation
F not be currently under a suspension of

(6)入札方法入札金額は各社において設定す
る契約に対する単一の単価(月額)及び使用
ガス量に対する単価を記載すること。(小数点
以下を含むことができる。)落札の決定は、本
機構が提示する予定使用量の対価を入札書に
記載された入札金額に従って計算した総価で
行うので、当該総価を上記の単価と併せて記
載すること。
なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記
載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相
当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り
捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とする
ので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係
る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを
問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に
相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)大学共同利用機関法人情報・システム研究
機構の契約事務取扱規程第4条及び第5条の
規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成
年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約
締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同
条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)にお
いて令和8年度に東海・北陸地域の「物品の
販売」のA又はB等級に格付けされている者
であること。なお、当該競争参加資格につい
ては、令和7年3月31日付け号外政府調達第
57号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示
の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受
け付けている。
(3)ガス事業法第3条の規定に基づきガス小売
事業の登録を受けている者であること,
(4)機構長から取引停止の措置を受けている期
間中の者でないこと。

関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じな
ければならない。

のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札

(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると機構長が判断した入札者であっ
て、大学共同利用機関法人情報・システム研
究機構の契約事務取扱規程第13条の規定に基
づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で
最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者
を落札者とする。
