5 Summary

purchased: Electricity to be used in Nation-
al Institute of Technology, Sendai College
(4)Delivery period : From 1 March,2026th-
rough 28 February, 2027
(5) Delivery place: National Institute of
Technology, Sendai College
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the
Regulation concerning the Contract for
National Institute of Technology, Japan
Furthermore, minors, Person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal 2025 in the
Tohoku area in sales of product for par-
ticipating in tenders by Single qualifica-
tion for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the
products, required by this notice, on the
date and to the place specified by the Ob-
ligating Officer,
D meet the qualification requirements
which Director-
General may specify in accordance with
Article 6 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by The Ob-
ligating Officer Director-General.
F Fulfill the requirement mentioned in
the tender manual that are stated from
the viewpoint of reducing CO2,
