金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額
を加算した金額をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る
課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問
わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相
当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)国立大学法人熊本大学の契約事務取扱規則
第8条及び第9条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補
助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意
を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある
場合に該当する。
(2)入札者の競争参加資格国の競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において令和7年度に九
州・沖縄地域の「物品の販売」のA、B又は
C等級に格付けされている者であること。な
お、当該競争参加資格については、令和7年
3月31日付け号外政府調達第57号の官報の競
争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる
申請受付窓口において随時受け付けている。
(3)医薬品医療機器等法に基づいて、高度管理
医療機器の販売業の許可を得ていることを証
明した者であること。
(4)契約責任者から取引停止の措置を受けてい
る期間中の者でないこと。
