次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

旅行傷害保険に係る企業包括契約(単価契約)

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当す
る額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の
端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨て
るものとする。)をもって落札価格とするの
で、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る
課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問
わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相
当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)令和07・08・09年度競争参加資格(全省庁
統一資格)を有する者、又は当該競争参加資
格を有していない者にあっては、競争入札執
行日までに競争参加資格審査を受け、競争参
加資格者名簿に登録され、当該競争参加資格
を有すると認定された者。
(2)入札説明書の交付を受けた者。
(3)独立行政法人国際観光振興機構契約事務実
施細則第26条に規定されている競争参加者の
制限に該当しない者。
(4)国土交通省大臣官房会計課長から指名停止
を受けている期間中でないこと。

て、独立行政法人国際観光振興機構会計規程
第36条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格

5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of disbursement of the

(3)Nature and quantity of the services to be
required : Corporate Group Insurance Con-
tract for Overseas Travel Accident Insur-
ance Covering Expatriates and Their Fami-
lies, Unit Price Contract

documentation.
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① have unified qualification to partici-
pate all government ministries and agen-
cies in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and
2027.
②not subject to competition participa-
tion restrictions prescribed in Article 26
of the Bylaws of the Administrative Imp-
lementation of Contracts of JNTO.
③ receive the tender documentation.
④ must not be under the period of suspen-
sion of nomination by the Director of the
Accounting Division, Minister's Secre-
tariat, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure,
Transport and Tourism.
