(1)手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(3)提案書の作成及び提出に要する費用は、提
案者側の負担とする。
(4)機構は、提出された提案書について、提案
者に無断で2次的な使用を行わない。また、
特定しなかった提案書は、申出がなければ返
却しないので、返却を希望する提案者は、そ
の旨を、提案書の提出時に申し出ること。
(5)提案書の差し替え及び再提出は、原則とし
て認めない。
(6)提案書に虚偽の記載をした場合は、当該提
案書を無効にするとともに、提案者に対して
競争参加停止等の処分を行う場合がある。
(7)特定した提案の内容に関しては、「独立行政
法人等の保有する情報の公開に関する法律.
において、機構が取得した文書の開示請求が
あった場合は、当該提案に係る提案者の権利
や競争上の地位等を害するおそれがないもの
について、開示対象となる場合がある。
(8)特定した提案を行った者の名称、住所、代
表者氏名、特定日及び提案者ごとの評価得点
の合計については、機構ホームページで公表
する。
(9)提案が特定された者は、企画競争手続を実
施した結果、唯一最適な者として特定したも
のであるが、機構会計規程等に基づく契約手
続の完了までは、機構との契約関係を生じる
ものではない。
(10)その他の詳細は、提出要請書による。
