(3) Nature and quantity of the services to be
required : Design and development for the
courts cloud-based civil execution case pro-
cessing system, GSS connection and migra-
tion services, and operation and mainte-
nance services, 1 contract
(4)Fulfillment period: It is based on a bid
description for details

(6)Qualification for participating in the bid-
ding procedures: Suppliers eligible for par-
ticipating in the proposed bid are those who
shall: (a)not apply to Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Auditing,
and Accounting (however, minors, persons
under curatorship, or persons under assis-
tance who obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be applicable
to the status of special reasons within the
said article); (b)not apply to Article 71 of
the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; (c)be
ranked as Grade A In Offering Service clas-
sification in terms of the qualification for
participating in bids required by the Su-
preme Court (single qualification for every
ministry and agency) in the fiscal years
2025,2026and2027;(d)have not received
suspension of designated contractor status
from the Supreme Court at the time of the
opening of bids; and (e)meet the qualifica-
tion requirement which the obligated offi-
cer may specify in accordance with Article
73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order
(7)The time and place of application for the
qualification of (6) shall be in the manner of
application for single qualification for
every ministry and agency
(8)Time-limit for submission of proposal do-
