次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

要項第3条及び第4条の規定に該当しない者
であること。
(2)令和7年度国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一
資格)において、関東・甲信越地域の「物品
の販売」のA、BまたはC等級に格付けされ
ている者であること。
(3)購入物品に係る迅速なアフターサービス・
メンテナンスの体制が整備されていることを
証明した者であること。
(4)理事長から取引停止の措置を受けている期
間中の者でないこと。
(5)警察当局から、暴力団員が実質的に経営を
支配する業者又はこれに準ずるものとして,
排除要請があり、当該状態が継続している者
でないこと。
(6)その他の競争参加資格は、入札説明書によ
る。

れた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
