(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札者に要求される事項この指名競争入
札に参加する者で、「紙」により入札に参加を
希望する者は、封印した入札書に入札説明書
に示す書類を添付し、入札書の提出期間まで
に提出しなければならない。また、「政府電子
調達(GEPS)システム」により入札に参
加を希望する者は、入札書データを提出期限
までに同システムにより提出しなければなら
ない。入札者は、支出負担行為担当官から当
該書類に関し、説明を求められた場合、これ
に応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書の作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内の入札金額を提示した入札者を
落札者とする。

ucts" or "offer of services etc" in terms of
the Single qualification for every minis-
try and agency in the fiscal years2025,
