次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

ス-活動調査『調査書類入れ(手提げ袋)川の

(6)入札方法入札金額は、予定総価を記入す
ること。なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札
書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセン
トに相当する額を加算した金額をもって落札
価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方
消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者
であるかを問わず、見積もった金額の110分
の100に相当する金額を記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保
佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のため
に必要な同意を得ている者は、この限りでな
い。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度総務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)関東・甲信越地域の「物
品の製造」又は「物品の販売」の事務用品類
においてB又はCの等級に格付けされた者で
あること。
(4)予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づ
き、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有す
る者であること。なお、詳細については、入
札説明書のとおり。
(5)暴力団が実質的に経営を支配する者又はこ
れに準ずる者でないこと。
3入札者に求められる義務等
入札に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に明
記されている各種書類を令和7年9月26日午後
4時までに、4(1)に示す場所に提出しなければ
ならない。なお、提出した各種書類について説
明を求められたときは、これに応じなければな
らない。

6 Summary

(3)Nature and quantity of the products to be
purchased: Bags for survey documents for
the 2026 Economic Census for Business Ac-
tivity 1 set
(4) Delivery period : As the specification.
(5)Delivery place : As the specification.
(6)Language and currency which tender
shall use in tendering procedures: Japanese
and Japanese currency.
(7)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:①not come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. Further-
more, minors, Person under conservator-
ship or Person under Assistance that ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause, 2not
come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order
concerning the Budget, Auditing and Ac-
counting, ③satisfy the Grade B or Grade C
qualification that is Office supplies on "ma-
nufacture of product" or "sales of product"
in the Kanto • Koushinetsu district. These
qualifications are specified in tender by
Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communi-
cations (single qualification for every min-
istry and agency), in the fiscal years 2025,
2026and2027.④have the qualification
according to the Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order
