(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
① Hot and cold food delivery cart: The
meal must be set on the tray and it is a
delivery cart with a warm and cooling
function so that it can be transportted at
an appropriate temperature
② Defibrillator : The ability to instanta-
neously and directly conduct strong elec-
tricity to a heart that is experiencing arr-
hythmia, aligning the electrical phase of
the myocardium and eliminating fib-
rillation
③Endoscopic video system: The system
should support the diagnostic as well as
therapeutic endoscopic procedures,
which are safe and minimally invasive
for the patients
④Pill packaging machine: Automatical-
ly packages tablets, loose medicine (pow-
dered medicine), capsules, etc. into pac-
