5 Summary
(1)Official in charge of expenditure of the

scription for details

description for details
(6)Qualification for participating in the bid-
ding procedures: Suppliers eligible for par-
ticipating in the proposed bid are those who
shall: (A)not apply to Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Auditing,
and Accounting (however, minors, persons
under curatorship, or persons under assis-
tance who obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be applicable
to the status of special reasons within the
said article);(B)not apply to Article 71 of
the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; (C)
have Grade A or B or C in Selling classifi-
cation in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in bids required by the Supreme
Court (single qualification for every minis-
try and agency) in the fiscal years2025,
2026and2027;besides, those who have
Grade C in one of the said Classifications
need to be able to prove the record of ex-
perience of selling equivalent or superior
service to the case of this bid notice; (D)
have not received suspension of designated
contractor status from the Supreme Court
at the time of the opening of bids; and (E)
meet the qualification Requirement which
the obligated officer may specify in accor-
dance with Article 73 of the above-
mentioned Cabinet Order
(7) The time and place of application for the
qualification of (6) shall be in the manner of
application for single qualification for
every ministry and agency
