(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A情報システムは、富山大学の学術研究及
び教育活動を安定的に支援できること,
Bネットワーク及びサーバシステムは、現
行のLAN及びインターネットに接続でき
ること。また、インターネット利用のため
のサーバ群(メール、WWW、DNS、認
証等)を有すること。これらのサーバの一
部は、利用形態の変化に対応可能なように、
クラウド的運用が可能で、十分なディスク
容量を備えること。
C教育用システムは、十分な数のパーソナ
ルコンピュータ群(PC群)とその周辺機
器から構成されていること。
Dシステムに関する利用記録の収集と蓄積
及びその統計処理が容易に実現されるこ
と。
E運用管理面においては、十分な省力化、
自動化が達成されていること。また、十分
なセキュリティ対策が講じられているこ
と。情報システムの定期的メンテナンスと
毎月の報告はもとより、システム更新や障
害時に迅速かつ的確な対応が保証される保
守・サービス体制が整っていること。
Fシステムの省エネルギー化、省スペース
化、低騒音を考慮すること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ。
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

6 Summary
(1)Classification of the products to be pro-

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The information system should stably
support research and education in Uni-
versity of Toyama.
B The network and server system should
be connected to the existing LAN and the
Internet. And it should have servers
(Mail, WWW, DNS, Authentication, etc.)
to use the Internet. A part of server
should be able to be used as a private
cloud.
C The compution computing system
should consist of sufficient number of
personal computers and peripheral equip-
ment.
D The systems should be able to collect
and store necessary log of the system and
the network and to analyze them easily
E The administration of the system
should be automated sufficiently. The
system should provide for sufficient secu-
rity. The maintenance and technical sup-
port should include not only regular
maintenance and monthly report but also
quick and appropriate correspondence in
the case of the system improvement or
various kinds of troubles.
F The system should save energy and
space, and should not be noisy
