(5)Fulfillment place: As shown in the speci-
fications
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the open tender are those
who come under the following items at the
time of the examination criteria date, with
the examination criteria date set as the due
date of application forms and relevant do-
cuments for the qualification required for
the tender. In addition, suppliers who no
longer come under the following items after
the examination criteria date and up to the
time of the decision being made on the suc-
cessful supplier shall not be eligible to par-
ticipate in the open tender :
①The supplier does not come under Arti-
cle 6 of East Nippon Expressway Compa-
ny Limited's regulation concerning the
contract procedures (Regulation No.16 of
2005).
②The applicant must have a proven
track record of producing and delivering
5,000or more work uniforms (regardless
of type) per contract annually since fiscal
year2020(Reiwa 2), and must be able to
provide documentation to verify this
③If the management of work uniforms is
outsourced to the applicant's own compa-
ny or another management company, the
management company must be a re-
gistered business under Article 3 of the
Warehouse Business Act, as certified by
the Minister of Land, Infrastructure,
Transport and Tourism, and documenta-
tion must be provided to prove this.
④ If the management of work uniforms is
outsourced to the applicant's own compa-
ny or another management company, the
management company must have, or be
affiliated with, an internet-based shared
work uniform web ordering system, and
documentation must be provided to
verify this.
⑤ Not to have been subject to transaction
suspension measures imposed by East
Nippon Expressway Company Limited
during the period from the examination
criteria date to the date of the decision on
the bidder
⑥There shall have been no funding or
personal relationships with those intend-
ing to participate in the bidding during
the period from the examination criteria
date to the date of the decision on the bid-
der
