次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

A既設総合病院情報システム(THINK)
および既設血液検査システム・細菌検査シ
ステム・総合画像診断支援システム・総合
生理機能検査支援システム等既設検査シス
テムと連携し、あらゆる検査データを送受
信し、検査データの保存管理機能を有する
こと。
B生化学・免疫血清検査、凝固線溶検査、
血液ガス分析検査等を更新総合臨床検査シ
ステムにオンラインでき、迅速に分析・解
析できるシステムであること。
C必要な分析装置を搬送ラインに接続し、
効率化を図った搬送システムを構築できる
こと。
D端末操作履歴を記録し随時確認できるこ

E充分なセキュリティ機能を有し、院内外
からの不正アクセス及びデータ改竄等の脅
威に対応可能であること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1)交付期間令和7年8月21日から令和7年
10月8日まで。
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ,
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する.

6 Summary

A To be able to send and receive various
kinds of laboratory to
save and manage them by connecting to
the current Laboratory Testing System,
including Total Hospital Information
System (THINK), Hematology Test Sys-
tem, Microbiology Test System, Total
Diagnostic Imaging Supporting System,
and Total Physiologic Function Test
Supporting System.
B To be able to online Biochemistry and
Immunology Test, Coagulation Test, and
Blood Gas Analysis to updated Laborato-
ry Testing System and to measure and
analyze them promptly
C To be able to construct the Sample
Transportation System connected to ana-
lytical device to work effectively.
D The terminal operation history must be
recorded and can be checked at any time.
E To equip the sufficient security system
to protect from various threats, such as
illegal access from anywhere and fal-
sification of data.
