(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。その他入札説明書による。

(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品又
はこれと同等のものを納入できると経理責任
者が判断した入札者であって、国立大学法人
埼玉大学の契約事務取扱細則第12条の規定に
基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内
で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札
者を落札者とする。
