仕様書は、入札説明会にて配布する。入札
説明会に出席できない者は、必要事項を記入
した「仕様書交付申請書」と、返信用の切手
(660円)を貼付した封筒(角0相当)ない
しはレターパック等を同封の上、請求するこ
と。なお、仕様書は入札終了後、回答済の「入
札辞退届兼書類返却届(押印不要)を添えて
返却のこと。また、交付期限到来前の仕様書
交付は行わない。

明記のうえ(形式自由))により申請すること。
参加者は各社1名程度とする。なお、参加に
あたり名刺1枚を持参のこと。
