次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の

(7)電子入札システムの利用本案件は、電子
調達システム(政府電子調達(GEPS))の
電子入札機能利用対象調達案件である。なお、
電子入札によりがたい者は、入札説明書に定
める様式により、紙入札方式とすることがで
きる。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保
佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のため
に必要な同意を得ている者については、この
限りではない。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和07・08・09年度内閣府所管競争参加資
格審査(全省庁統一資格)「物品の製造」又は
「物品の販売」のA、B、C又はDの等級に
格付けされた競争参加資格を有する者である
