人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度防衛省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において、関東・甲信越
地域の競争参加資格を有する者のうち、「物品
の製造」B、C又はD等級に格付けされてい
る者であること。

(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほか
に必要な証明書等を指定する期日までに提出
しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の期
日までの間において、契約担当官から当該書
類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
の無い者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反し
た入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると契約担当官が判断した資料を添
付して入札書を提出した入札者であって予算
決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成
された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格を
もって有効な入札を行なった入札者を落札者
とする。

area in terms of the qualification for par-
ticipating in tenders by Ministry of De-
fense (Single-qualification for every min-
istry and agency) in JFY 2025, 2026 and
2027
