(2)設計図書等の入手方法設計図書等(入札
説明書、入札公告の写し、契約書案、入札及
び見積り手引き、電子入札運用基準、図面、
仕様書及び設計書を含む。以下同じ。)は、入
札情報公開サービスの発注図書ファイルをそ
れぞれダウンロードして取得すること。ただ
し、やむを得ない事由により、上記交付方法
による取得ができない入札参加者に対して
は、本四会社が指定する方法により無料で交
付するので、3(1)の担当部署へその旨を申し
出ること。なお、交付期間は、入札公告の日
から2025年8月22日(金)までの土曜日、日
曜日及び祝日を除く毎日6時00分から23時00
分までとする。

祝日を除く毎日8時30分から22時00分まで

③方法電子入札システムにより提出する
こと。ただし、本四会社の承諾を得た場合
に限り、書面を郵送等(書留郵便又は信書
便。提出期間内必着)又は持参により提出
することができる。

①期間2025年9月12日(金)22時00分
(2025年9月10日(水)から受付を開始す
る。ただし、土曜日、日曜日及び祝日を除
く毎日、8時30分から22時00分まで。)

③方法等電子入札システムにより提出す
ること。ただし、電子入札システムにより
難い者は、本四会社の承諾を得た場合に限
り紙入札に代えることができる。

③その他開札の結果は、電子入札システ
ムにより通知する。電子入札をした者は、
本四会社からの連絡に備え、開札日時にお
いて、電子入札システムを確認すること。
なお、紙入札により入札に参加した者又は
その代理人は、原則として、開札に立ち会
うこと。
4その他
(1)手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨は、
日本語及び日本通貨に限る。
(2)一般競争に参加するために必要な各書類の
提出提出期間内に到達がない場合は、その
後に到達がなされた場合でも無効として取り
扱うこととし、各書類は廃棄する。また、提
出された申請書等は、返却しない。
(3)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(4)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札書のほかに、必要
な書類を添付した申請書等を作成し、これを
3(3)により提出しなければならない。また、
開札日の前日までの間において、本四会社か
ら必要な証明書等の内容に関する照会があっ
た場合には、説明しなければならない。
(5)落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者
を落札予定者とし、競争参加資格の確認を
もって落札者とする.
(6)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、申請書等に虚偽
の記載をした者のした入札及び入札に関する
条件に違反した入札は無効とする。

(8)契約書作成の要否要
なお、本四会社が利用している電子契約
サービスにより、電子契約書を使用した電子
契約によることができる.

5 Summary
