に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセント
に相当する額を加算した金額をもって落札価
格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消
費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者で
あるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110
分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載する

2競争参加資格
(1)国立大学法人島根大学の契約事務取扱規程
第3条及び第4条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。(代理人、支配人その他使用人として
使用する者についても同様とする。)
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は
国立大学法人島根大学の競争参加資格のいず
れかにおいて令和7年度に中国地域の「役務
の提供等」のA、B、C又はD等級に格付け
されている者であること。なお、島根大学の
競争参加資格については、島根大学財務部財
務課にて随時受け付けている。
(3)調達特定役務に係る迅速なアフターサービ
スの体制が整備されていることを証明した者
であること。
(4)本公告に示した物品を学長が指定する日
時、場所に十分に納入することができること
を証明した者であること。
(5)本公告に示した物品を第三者へ貸付けよう
とする者にあっては、当該物品を自ら貸付け
できる能力を有するとともに、第三者をして
貸付けできる能力を有することを証明した
者、借入物品に係るメンテナンスの体制が整
備されていることを証明した者であること。
(6)反社会的勢力への対応に関する規則(平成
27年島大規則第21号)第2条第1号に規定す
る反社会的勢力に該当しない者であること。
(7)国立大学法人島根大学の契約事務取扱規程
第2条の規定に基づき、学長が定める資格を
有する者であること。
(8)学長から取引停止の措置を受けている期間
中の者でないこと。

(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を貸付けできることを証明す
る書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提
出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の
前日までの間において、学長から当該書類に
関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じな
ければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(5)契約書作成の要否要.
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると学長が判断した入札者であっ
て、国立大学法人島根大学の契約事務取扱規
程第9条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価
格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な
入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(7)手続における交渉の有無無。
(8)その他詳細は、入札説明書による。なお、
入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合
は、十分理解した上で応札すること。

procured services

products, required by this notice, on the
date and to the place specified by Presi-

products concerned by themselves and by

quested through this notice be rent by a
third party, prove to have prepared a sys-
tem to provide maintenance for the rent
products.
