2競争参加資格

2条及び第3条の規定に該当しない者である
こと。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助
人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を
得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場

(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)にお
いて令和7年度に東海・北陸地域の「物品の
販売」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされてい
る者であること。
(3)購入物品に係る迅速なアフターサービス・
メンテナンスの体制が整備されていることを
証明した者であること。
(4)国立大学法人浜松医科大学契約事務規程第
4条の規定に基づき、理事が定める資格を有
する者であること。
(5)理事から取引停止の措置を受けている期間
中の者でないこと。
