(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
本装置は、風力発電で用いられる風車の性
能試験を行うための風洞実験装置部および計
測・観察などの付帯装置部から構成される。
A風洞実験装置部の要求要件
a風速を1m/sから20m/sの間で任
意に設定できること。
b気流吹き出し部の大きさが縦横2m程
度であること。
c測定領域における速度の非一様性が吹
き出し口から1m以内において3%以
下であること。
d吹き出し口中心位置から1m以内の乱
れ度が2%未満であること。
e回流式の構造を有していること。
f室内の指定された領域内に分割した状
態で納入・組立され、将来の廃棄の際に
も分解して室外に搬出できる構造である
こと。
g送風部の動力は三相交流200Vで消費
電力が60kW以下であること。
h騒音を低減する設計となっているこ

i実験中の様子を外側から観察出来るよ
うに試験部の壁面に透明素材を使用する
こと。
i実験実施者および見学者に対する安全
に配慮した設計となっており、洗練され

モニタを備えていること。
eカメラ・可視化装置を任意の位置にス
ムーズに設置できるトラバース装置を有
すること。
f大きさが、幅1500mm×奥行300mm×
高さ500mm以内で気流吹出口の出口寸
法50～80mm、かつ、最大風速40m/s
以上の小型風速検定装置を備えているこ

This equipment consists of a wind tunnel
testing unit for evaluating the performance
of wind turbines used in wind power gen-
eration, along with auxiliary systems for
measurement and observation
A Requirements for the Wind Tunnel
Testing Unit
a The wind speed must be adjustable
within a range from 1m/sto20m/s.
b The outlet area of the airflow should
be approximately 2meters by 2meters.
c The wind speed distribution must be
within3%within lmeter from the
outlet.
d The turbulence intensity must be less
than2% within lmeter from the center
of the outlet
e The system must be of the recirculat-
ing type to ensure minimal air leakage
outside the measurement area during
operation
f The equipment must be installable
within the designated indoor space.
g The blower unit must operate on
200V three-phase AC and consume no
more than 60kW of power.
h The system must be designed to mi-
nimize noise generation
i Transparent materials must be used
for the walls of the test section to allow
external observation during experi-
ments.
j The equipment must feature both a
refined external design and safety con-
siderations for experimenters and vis
itors.
B Requirements for Auxiliary Equipment
a The system must include a smoke
visualization device capable of ge-
nerating five or more streamlines.
b A laser sheet with an angle adjust-
ment mechanism must be provided for
smoke visualization
c Cameras must be installed from at
least three viewpoints to record vis-
ualization results.
d A large monitor must be provided to
display test conditions and visualiza-
tion images.
e A traverse system must be available
to allow smooth positioning of cameras
and visualization devices as needed.
f The system must be equipped with a
compact airflow calibration device
having external dimensions not ex-
ceeding 300mm
(depth)×500mm (height), with an outlet
size between 50mm and 80mm, and ca-
pable of generating a maximum wind
speed of at least 40m/s
