次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

2競争参加資格
(1)独立行政法人国立女性教育会館契約事務取
扱要領第13条第1項及び第2項の規定に該当
しない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人で
あって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得て
いる者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に
該当する。
(2)文部科学省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)
において、令和7年度に関東・甲信越地域の
「役務の提供等」のA、B、C又はDの等級
に格付けされている者。上記資格の申請の時
期及び場所は、全省庁統一資格審査申請の方
法による。
(3)現在、国又は政府関係機関等からの補助金
交付の停止又は契約に係る指名停止等の行政
処分を受けていない者であること。
(4)その他詳細は入札説明書による。
