2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和7・8・9年度における物品の製造・
販売等に係る競争契約の参加資格(以下「全
省庁統一資格」という。)の「物品の製造」又
は「物品の販売」のいずれかで「A」、「B」
又は「C」等級に格付けされている者である
こと。
(4)その他独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇
用支援機構愛媛支部契約担当役支部長が別に
定める資格を有することを証明した者である
こと。

の日から入札書提出期限の日までの間(土日、
祝日を除く)に以下のとおり電子メールにて
交付する。なお、電子メール以外の方法にて
交付を希望する場合は3(1)に問い合わせるこ
と。

(1)入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除,
(3)入札者に要求される事項この競争に参加
を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほかに必
要な証明書等を入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。また、開札日の前日ま
での間において必要な証明書等の内容に関す
る照会があった場合には、説明しなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札、入札に関する条件に違
反した入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入
札者を落札者と決定する。
