(1)契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に記載した
書類を指定した期限までに提出しなければな
らない。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間に
おいて、調達担当者から当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、それに応じなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)落札者の決定予定価格の範囲内であり、
入札説明書で指定する性能等の要求要件をす
べて満たしている提案をした入札者の中か
ら、入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法を
もって落札者とする。
